1. Check Accessories
Before you begin, please check if your we2usat K3 Pro+ TV Box includes the following items. If anything is missing, please contact your retailer or customer service immediately.

2. Basic Connections
This step connects the main unit to a power source and display device. Please follow the steps below.
2.1 Connecting to the TV
Select the connection method based on the available ports on your TV.
2.1.1 HDMI Connection
Take out the provided HDMI cable. Connect one end of the cable to the “HD OUT” port on the back of the we2usat K3 Pro+.
Connect the other end of the cable to the “HDMI IN” port on your TV.
2.1.2 AV Composite Connection
Using an AV cable (not included in the K3 Pro+ standard package; please confirm upon purchase), connect the plug to the “AV” port on the back of the unit.
Note: The AV interface is very similar to the power port (5V/2A); pay attention to identification during connection.

If your resolution is not clear, please check if the power cord and HDMI cable are original.
2.2 Connecting the Power Supply
Firmly insert the DC plug of the power adapter into the “5V 2A” port on the back of the we2usat k3 pro+ unit. Ensure the plug is fully inserted.
Plug the AC plug of the power adapter into a household outlet. It is recommended to use an outlet with an independent switch for easy power restart later.
After connecting the power supply, the “Power Indicator” on the unit should light up (usually red in standby mode), indicating a successful power connection.
Turn on the TV/monitor. Using your TV remote, press the “Source” button and then select the appropriate HDMI or AV signal.
2.3. Initial Configuration
After the hardware connection is complete, please follow the on-screen setup wizard to configure the software.
2.3.1 Powering On the Host
Press the “Power” button on the we2usat Bluetooth remote. The host’s power indicator light should change from red to blue, indicating that the device is starting up.
The we2usat logo and startup animation will appear on the TV screen. Please wait patiently and do not disconnect the power, as this may damage the system.
2.3.2 Pairing the Remote Control
After the startup animation, the screen will display “Please Pair Remote Control” and operating instructions.
Press and hold the 【OK】 button and the 【-】(volume down) button on the remote control simultaneously. Repeat this process several times until pairing is complete.
2.3.3 Selecting the System Language
Use the 【Up/Down】 arrow keys on the remote control to select your desired language.
2.3.4 Adjusting the Screen Size
Use the 【Left/Right】arrow keys to adjust the bezel size until it is perfectly aligned with the edge of the TV screen.
2.3.5 Connecting to the Network
Use the 【Up/Down】 arrow keys to select your home Wi-Fi network.
Press the 【OK】 button and enter the Wi-Fi password to complete the connection.
2.3.6 Selecting the Time Zone
Use the 【Up/Down】 arrow keys to find and select the time zone of your country/region.
2.3.7 Reading and Confirming the User Agreement
The we2usat Terms of Use and Privacy Statement are displayed. We recommend that you read them carefully.
2.3.8 Auto-Completion
After successfully connecting to Wi-Fi, the system will automatically complete the remaining configuration. Please wait patiently and do not operate the device during this time.

FAQs
1. Power indicator light is not on, and the main unit cannot start.
Check that all cables are securely connected. Unplug and plug them back in.
2. Remote pairing repeatedly fails, and the screen cannot be controlled.
Please press and hold the [OK] and [-] buttons simultaneously for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly. Ensure the remote is pointed at the main unit and there are no obstructions.
3. WiFi is connected, but the system cannot access the main screen.
This is the first startup, and the system is automatically completing the setup. This process may take several minutes, depending on network quality. Please wait patiently
