If your TV box becomes slow or apps malfunction, a factory reset is a useful solution. Today, using the We2usat TV box as an example, we’ll guide you through the reset process step by step. (Note: Resetting will erase all data; remember to back up important content before proceeding!)
Step 1: Open Settings
Find the 【Settings】 icon on the TV box’s main interface and tap to enter the settings page.

Step 2: Enter General Settings
On the settings page, select the 【Common】 option and tap to enter.

Step 3: Select Factory Reset
In General Settings, find the 【Factory reset】 option and tap it. You will be automatically redirected to the data clearing confirmation page.

Step 4: Confirm Data Clearing
Tap the 【Erase all data】 button on the page. A second confirmation pop-up will appear.
tap 【OK】 to complete the confirmation.

Step 5: Wait for Reset to Complete
After confirmation, the box will automatically begin resetting. Do not power off the box during the process. Once the reset is complete, the box will return to its initial state and reconfigure.Reminder: After resetting, the box will be back to a “fresh” state. Previously installed third-party apps will be deleted and need to be re-downloaded.
If the Mars series applications do not appear on the page, it may be due to a failed network connection or cache loading. Reconnecting to the network or moving the page should resolve the issue.
