Don’t know how to connect your TV box to WiFi? Frequent buffering while watching channels? System updates interrupted? Don’t panic! Follow these steps to reconnect.
I. Preparation
Ensure your TV box is powered on and your router is functioning correctly.
II. Operation Steps
Step 1: Access System Settings
Open the TV box’s main interface ,find and click on 【system settings】.
Step 2: Select Network Settings
In the pop-up settings menu, find the 【Network & Internet】 option and click to enter the network configuration page.
Step 3: View All WiFi Networks
After entering the network page, click the 【See all】 button to display all available WiFi signals nearby.
Step 4: Select the WiFi Network to Connect To
In the WiFi list, find the name of the WiFi network you need to connect to and click on that option.
Step 5: Enter the WiFi Password
Use the number keys on the remote control to enter the password .
if the password contains special characters, you can click the 【?123】 button in the lower left corner of the keyboard to switch the character panel.
After entering the password, click the 【√】 button in the lower right corner of the keyboard to confirm.
Step 6: Wait for Successful Connection
Wait a few seconds. If it prompts 【Connected】, the WiFi configuration is complete.
III. What if Connection Failure?
If you encounter a connection failure, try these two tips.
Check WiFi Check if the password is entered correctly (pay attention to capitalization and special characters).
After restarting the router and TV box, try connecting again.
