No sound when you turn on your TV box? This is most likely a settings or connection issue. Follow these steps to easily turn on the sound.
I. Check Hardware Connections
Make sure the audio cable is plugged in securely.
Whether it’s an AV cable, HDMI cable, or SPDIF cable, unplug it and plug it back in firmly.Test with another device.
Connect the audio cable to another device (e.g., your phone to speakers) to rule out the possibility of a damaged cable.
II. Troubleshoot TV Box System Settings
2.1 Open Settings
Find the 【Settings】 icon on the main screen of the box and click to enter the settings page.

2.2 Enter Sound Settings
On the settings page, click to enter the 【Sound & display】 interface.

2.3 Check Audio Output Mode

Select 【Audio output】 and confirm that the currently selected output method matches the actual connected interface:
● Connect to TV with HDMI cable → Select “HDMI”
● Connect speakers with SPDIF cable → Select “SPDIF”
● Connect to speakers with AV cable → Select “AV”

III. Other General Solutions
● Restart Devices
Restart the TV box, TV, and speakers simultaneously to reload the audio driver.
● Check Volume Settings
Ensure that the volume of the box, TV, and speakers is not muted/set to minimum.
● Restore Factory Settings
If the above operations do not work, find “Restore Factory Settings” in the settings, reset, and then reconfigure the audio output.
